The historic 1725 building at 18-20 Grosvenor St. is being redeveloped by Flanagan Lawrence into a more modern and minimal space. The development will unify two adjacent buildings into one unit with Grade A offices and retail spaces, and the designs have received an ‘Excellent’ BREEAM rating.
