Shortlisted at the Lighting Design Awards 2015

The news was officially announced yesterday, and we’re so pleased to be able to say to you now, that into lighting have been shortlisted twice at the Lighting Design Awards 2015. And the two projects are amongst our favourite from the past year. Pavilion, Kensington High Street, London Shortlisted in the 'Hotels and Restaurants' category We were briefed to provide a multi-functional lighting scheme to a new-concept venue as part of the Pavilion Club. Various different zones were given different lighting treatments; from an entrance florist area with LED lighting, to the Delicatessen counter with bespoke ribbed glass and copper finished pendants above the marble top, to a bespoke feature chandelier, to the central champagne bar with integral light details. The result is a new and exciting luxurious dining experience on Kensington High St, with famed chef Adam Simmonds at the head of the kitchen. Pierre Marcolini, rue St-Honoré, Paris Shortlisted in the 'Retail' category Pierre Marcolini is identified as amongst the finest chocolatiers in the world. For his latest Boutique in the heart of Paris into focused in on the creation of a seamless all-white lighting scheme. A small selection of manufacturers ensured colour consistency across products.  Integral shelving has bespoke concealed lighting details, designed to-measure by into. Each takes into account the dimensions of the shelf and the product displayed within. The final lighting scheme uses entirely LED products and is a bold statement of the new possibilities with LED technology in commercial environments.
