Our Processes and approach
As lighting design consultants, we provide a range of professional services, and strive to always realise our clients’ vision in providing creative lighting design, on budget and on time. We are unique in that we can be appointed on either a ‘Fee’ or a ‘Design & Supply’ basis and provide the same high level of design input for each appointment and align with all RIBA stages.
Fee based lighting design (UK and International)
Lighting design services in line with RIBA stages to realise our client’s vision within budget and with regard to performance, sustainability and circularity criteria. Assistance in preparing outline budgets.
Design & Supply (UK and International)
Lighting design services in line with RIBA stages to realise our client’s vision within budget and with regard to performance, sustainability and circularity criteria. Management of the costing, procurement and supply process in house ensures the integrity of the original lighting design and specification is maintained, delivered and installed on budget and on time. We have long standing associations with most leading manufacturers, thereby enabling our selection criteria for lighting equipment to be based on providing the best performance and aesthetics within budgets and timescales. Our in-house Technical Department ensures our clients benefit from professional advice on the latest lighting technology, sustainability and energy considerations. We also develop custom architectural and decorative light fittings as part of a complete project.
Design + Supply for rollouts (UK/Europe & International)
Lighting design services in line with RIBA / country work stages to realise our client’s vision within budget and with regard to performance, sustainability and circularity criteria. Additional services include:
Light Touch
On a Light Touch basis, we provide advice only, (not CAD drawings). We will establish a scope of works on receipt of an interior design package and an initial video call with the client or design consultant. Thereafter we can provide professional advice, mark-ups of drawings, specifications and costings. Should the client wish to proceed to site stages with Into, we can manage the procurement and supply process in house to ensure the integrity of the original lighting design and specification is maintained, delivered and installed on budget and on time.
